LATE

I kindly ask that you give me a heads-up (via mail) if you're running behind schedule for your appointment. If you're more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be canceled, and a 100% fee of the original booked service will apply.

Cancellation

You're welcome to reschedule or cancel (via your booking link/confirmation or via mail) up to 48 hours before your appointment without any fees. If you cancel later than that, a 50% cancellation fee of the original booked service will apply.

No show

Missing the appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the original service booked. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
